1. What do you sell?
We sell raincoats, mugs, winter items, and other helpful products that shops and companies use every day. We also make gifts and custom goods.

2. Can you add my logo on products?
Yes! We can print your logo, name, or message on many products. Just tell us what design you want.

3. How do I place an order?
You can message us your list. We check everything, share the final price, and tell you the time it will take. After your advance payment, we start work.

4. How long will my order take?
Small orders take less time. Bigger or logo-printed orders take extra time because we make them carefully.

5. Do you deliver everywhere?
Yes, we send to many cities across India through courier companies.

6. Can I get a sample first?
Yes, we can send a sample. Some samples are free and some may cost extra depending on the product.

7. What if my product comes broken?
Don’t worry. Just share a photo with us within 24–48 hours. We will help you fix the problem.

8. What payment methods do you take?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and sometimes cash if it’s local.

9. Do you give warranty?
Only on items that come with a company warranty. Not every product has it.

10. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once we ship your parcel, we give you a tracking number.
