All prices we share are based on the material cost at that time. If material price changes, final cost may also change.
We start work only after receiving the advance amount. Without advance, we cannot begin your order.
Custom logo orders, printed items, and special-made products cannot be cancelled once we start making them because they are made only for you.
We always try to give the delivery time honestly, but sometimes couriers take extra days. That part is not in our hands, but we always help track the parcel.
If something arrives broken or missing, please tell us within 24–48 hours with photos. We will help you with a solution.
Used or opened products cannot be returned because they cannot be sold again.
Full payment must be done before shipping unless we both agree differently.
If work has not started yet, the order can be cancelled. If work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Warranty is only given on items that come with a company warranty. Not all items include warranty.
Colors, shapes, or sizes may look a bit different because of light, camera, or screen settings.
